100% Remote

We are an all-remote company. Founded in the beginning of the pandemic, we had no other choice. After learning the ropes, we soon discovered the great benefits of remote collaboration. We are constantly refining our work processes and setup. And there's no shortage of fun in the process - remote and during in-person get-togethers.

How We Hire


After you submit your application, your documents will be reviewed by HR. If you meet the formal requirements your profile will be forwarded to the hiring manager. Our recruiting team will get back to you with a feedback as fast as possible.



We have a three-step, fully remote interview process. First, we would like to get to know you and introduce ourselves. If both sides see a fit, the second round is a technical interview with your hiring manager and some team members. Dependent on the role, we may ask you to prepare a case-study or programming exercise. Finally, you will meet at least one member of our management team.  



If the interviews went well and both sides are interested in joining forces, we will make you a formal offer. You will receive a digital contract, get to ask all potential questions and you can comfortably sign online. Once you have signed, we will start preparing your onboarding to make sure you have the best possible start at AllocNow!
